We will be utilizing ShowingTime to help manage both requests for showing appointments as well as getting feedback from agents.
Below are links to install the app or access your homes showing activity via the website. Please make sure you can get logged into your account. There is also an informational pamphlet for any questions you may have. You will be notified of all showing requests. We will also discuss the details of managing the showing requests that work best for you.
Once a showing has occurred, we will reach out to the agent with a short survey 4 times over the period of a week to try and get feedback. If an agent does provide feedback, you will receive that feedback the same time we do. We tend to see about a 50% response rate for feedback as all agents don't return this courtesy.
